Abstract
The use of gadgets today has touched all aspects of people's lives regardless of social class, level of education and even age. The massive use of gadgets in the younger generation is dominated by social media activities and playing online games. Where based on Wearesocial data, Indonesia is ranked the third largest online game user in the world, with a figure of 41.2% of internet users in Indonesia. This phenomenon then
certainly has a significant impact, both positive and negatif. Online game play, which sometimes takes hours, directly affects the academic side of students. This study tries to raise the issue of the description of student learning fokus and academic achievement in online game applications. This study uses the method of literature review (literature review), especially journal reviews which are analyzed using a content analysis approach.
